Everything can be brand. people, place, products, service etc. brand is all about perception. how our target market perceive of a thing/people/place etc. why care of having a brand? what is the different between a mercedes and a proton saga? why bother wearing a nike shoes rather than bata brand? why people choose to eat at KFC or McD rather than warong pak mat under the cherry tree? why bosses choose to work with certain people rather than other group of people in an organisation? why people choose to go visit place like melbourne/italy/london rather than go to bangladesh?

ha. here is the answer. the answer why people prefer a brand compare to another is because of PEACE OF MIND. nobody want to buy/choose something if they got into trouble after that. i want to buy a nike shoes so i can have a peace of mind when i go for jogging or play my tennis game. the BRAND PROMISE does matter to me. how big is a brand promise that meet the customer expectation will give them a peace of mind to achieve what they want.

brand gives more than just basic core product. a BMW gives more than just basic core of getting from one place to another. BMW comes with prestige of the ultimate driving pleasure. increase of self confident. believe in yourself is a success person that achieve a certain limit of status. the status you cost more than holding the steering wheel. peace of mind. so, what is your brand? brand yourself….

Mengenangkan anak-anakku hati rasa sebak. kadang2 aku rasa aku ni bukan papa yang baik. dengan emotional roller coaster aku dgn marlina ni kadang-kadang aku tak berlaku adil dekat diorg. bukan apa, cabaran memang berat. tekanan makin besar. kesabaran makin nipis. aku cuba yg terbaik untuk membentuk ariesya dan ammar untuk menjadi orang yg berguna dengan cara aku. ada org bgtau tau umur 1-6 tahun-penuhi dgn kasih sayang, 7-15-didik supaya disiplin, 16-21-jadi rakan/sahabat diorg, 21- biarkan diorg ‘terbang’ dengan haluan mereka sendiri. aku cuba yg terbaik dengan kemampuan yg aku ada. maafkan papa klu ada silap dan salah. kita sama2 proses belajar …

sydney, sekali lagi aku akan ke sydney. kali ni ada conference Pacific Rim Real Estate Society (PRRES). kali ni lagi best sebab aku dapat scholarship untuk phd qolloquium AUD1500 (RM4000). so, beli tiket, dgn belanja makan dengan duduk msia hall sydney habis dalam $500. baki $1000 aku boleh simpan. memang aku dok rasa akan dapat scholarship tu. the power of attraction is working.

anyway aku pun tak tau nak buat apa lama sgt kat sydney tu. dari 17-21 januari. ntah conference ape yg lama sgt. kesian plak marlina kena jaga ariesya n ammar sorang2. sabar ajelah. your sacrifice will pay off someday. wish me luck.

The beginning of lasting relationship

Here I am at melbourne. Coming here introduced me to a new chapter in my life.

I always dreaming to go oversea to study or for holiday and when this opportunity come I grab it without thinking much.This is a little bit about me. My full name is Abdul Jalil Omar. I am from Malaysia. Married with 2 kids (Ariesya,3 and Ammar,2).

Currently I am doing my Phd at University of Melbourne. So, i will be here for another 3 years to face all the challenges as an adult.

My interest is reading, playing tennis and meeting people. I am the type of people take thing positively and face any challenge as an opportunity to see thing in a different perspective. I like meeting people and share the opportunity i have.

My aim in life is to Retire Young and Retire Rich so I can help more people to achieve what they want in their life. Why? because it make me feel good to give something and one more thing life is too short to be ordinary. I want my kids to know me as ordinary man with extra ordinary efforts and achievement.

Hope God will help me to fulfill my mission to fulfill other people want.
